Instructions
Preparation
Stand on one leg to one side of cone. Slightly bend hip and knee of supporting leg.
Execution
Jump over cone to opposite side, landing on forefoot. Continue to jump over cone from side to side landing on forefeet while keeping foot elevated.
Comments
Muscles which Abduct Hip and Laterally Flex Spine also server to stabilize these joints when jumping or standing on one leg.
